New Headquarters for the Future

We are pleased to announce the construction of our new headquarters at MarK 51°7, the former Opel factory site in Bochum. This project marks the beginning of a new chapter for us, creating space for growth, innovation and sustainability.

The new building will be built on a 5,800 square metre site in the MarK 51°7 innovation quarter, a location that offers an ideal environment to promote synergies between science and business. Construction is scheduled to start at the beginning of 2025, with move-in planned for the end of 2026.

Our new headquarters will be designed to meet modern requirements. Efficient production areas, a test centre for technological developments and flexible office space will provide optimal working conditions.

Sustainability also plays an important role. Planned measures include green roofs with photovoltaic systems for energy generation, retention roofs for environmentally friendly rainwater management and green spaces that enhance the working environment.

We create an environment for our employees that is tailored to their needs. This includes modern workplaces, recreational and meeting areas such as roof terraces and courtyards, as well as opportunities for sustainable mobility, such as bicycle parking spaces and charging stations for electric vehicles.

The new building will utilise almost the entire area of the site and will be thoughtfully designed to offer both functionality and comfort. A spacious delivery area and an underground car park with 35 parking spaces are also part of the concept.

With this new headquarters, we not only want to create space for our growth, but also a place that combines innovation, sustainability and a pleasant working environment.
