25th Anniversary of Murat Sariboga

Witten, July 05, 2024: We are pleased to celebrate the 25th service anniversary of Murat Sariboga, the head of our laboratory department.

“Thank you for your support, Murat,” began our CEO Fatah Najaf in his speech in the production hall, where numerous colleagues had gathered. “Murat has helped us in so many areas. From purchasing to almost every department in the company and to his current position, he has always been there to support us.”

Lars Raila, our operations manager, also spoke a few words to Murat and thanked him for the pleasant cooperation and Murat’s constant helpfulness.

Murat Sariboga himself reminisced about the early days of OCS. “I remember when Merdan first came to me with the idea of starting our own business in the living room and asked me for a suitable name for the company. I preferred to go out and play soccer. But I knew exactly that whenever my support was needed, I would be there to help. What the company has become is impressive. I couldn’t have imagined it this way. I have great respect for Fatah and Merdan. But at this point, I want to emphasize that people and respect for each other must be at the centre. If this is ensured, success and a good product will come naturally.”

Murat extended special thanks to Fatah: “I have always been able to rely on you. No matter what, Fatah has always been there to support me. For that, I am very grateful.”

Murat’s 25th anniversary reminds us of how important commitment, teamwork, and mutual respect are for the success of our company.
