OCS celebrates jubilarian quarter of a century – active search for professionals

Today, 1st Februar 2022 Operations Manager Lars Raila and Head of Production & Logistics Kadir Caliskan of OCS Optical Control Systems GmbH honoured Björn Klier for his 25 years of employment with the company. Due to the steadily increasing order situation, the company is also actively looking for professionals in the Witten area and the surrounding region.

When Björn Klier started working for OCS in 1997, around 15 employees were working at the location in Bochum, where the company initially started with the development and production of quality measuring devices and systems for the polymer industry and petrochemistry. Head of Production & Logistics, Kadir Caliskan opened his speech by saying: “Dear Björn, we thank you very much for your engagement, your expertise and your loyalty in the whole 25 years and also congratulate ourselves on a motivated employee and a fabulous colleague.”

“Especially in these fast-moving times, loyal and dedicated employees with their many years of professional experience and accumulated knowledge are of immense value to us,” added Operations Manager Lars Raila. An OCS anniversary certificate, a gift basket for the passionate hobby cyclist and snowboarder as well as a bonus highlighted the connection between OCS and their employee Björn Klier. “Especially during the COVID 19 pandemic, the staff had stuck together and continued to drive the company forward,” Raila concluded. This thanks was extended to the entire staff.
