OCS honours jubilee to quarter of a century and thanks its employees

Last Friday, the three managing directors of OCS Optical Control Systems GmbH celebrated the 25th anniversary of Stefan Döring’s employment with the company. All other employees were also thanked at this point on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the company in this extraordinary time.

When jubilee Stefan Döring joined OCS in 1995, around 10 employees were working at the past location in Bochum, where the company initially started with the development and production of quality measuring instruments and systems for the polymer and petrochemical industry. Managing Director Merdan Sariboga thanked him with the words: “With your commitment and your know-how you have now been contributing for 25 years and to the fact that despite of all growth and acceleration, the quality and attractiveness of our products is constantly increasing.

“Especially in these fast-moving times, loyal and committed employees with their many years of professional experience and accumulated knowledge are of immense value to us”, said Merdan Sariboga. An OCS anniversary certificate, a gift for the passionate hobby cook and a bonus emphasised the bond between OCS and its employee Stefan Döring.

Also on this day OCS looks back on a 30-year success story. The owner-managed company, which now has more than 100 employees at its current location in Witten, focuses above all on combining tradition and innovation. “We are proud of our employees’ wealth of experience and their high willingness to innovate – today our jubilee stands for both”, said Managing Director Merdan Sariboga. Especially now during the COVID 19 pandemic, the workforce has held together and continued to drive the company forward. These thanks went to the entire workforce and they said goodbye for the weekend.
