Our Donation Campaigns 2024: Two Projects in Focus
This year, we are once again pleased to dedicate part of our success with passion and commitment to charitable causes. With a donation of €10,000 each, we are supporting two remarkable projects that have a direct positive impact in our region.
Support for Tafel Bochum-Wattenscheid e.V.
Tafel Bochum-Wattenscheid performs indispensable work by providing food and social assistance to those in need. We had the honor of welcoming Kadir Can Karabas, the Managing Director of Tafel Bochum-Wattenscheid, to our premises. His account of the organization’s diverse activities – from food distribution to practical support for people in need – deeply impressed us.
Our donation is intended to help Tafel continue to assist many people in challenging life situations. We are proud to be part of this important initiative, which not only meets immediate needs but also fosters community and social integration.
A Last Wish: ABS Kreisverband Witten e.V. – Wünschewagen Project
Our second donation supports the ABS Wünschewagen, a project that fulfills the final heartfelt wishes of seriously ill individuals. Whether it’s a reunion with loved ones or a visit to a special place, the Wünschewagen creates unique moments in difficult times.
Kirsten Schäfer from the initiative visited us and shared moving stories about the significance of this work. Each fulfilled wish is a testament to empathy and humanity, bringing comfort and joy to both the individuals affected and their families. We are grateful to support this wonderful project and hope to contribute to many more special moments. The work of the Wünschewagen is a beautiful example of how empathy and dedication can positively impact the lives of others.
United for Our Community
Through these donations, we want to demonstrate that the well-being of our community is close to our hearts. It brings us joy to support local projects that truly make a difference. Together, we can contribute to positively impacting the lives of many people.
We thank everyone who supports us and look forward to continuing to take responsibility for our community in the future.
